Business-to-business contract debt
Unpaid contracts, settled on paper.
FasTrak Financial Services helps businesses resolve debt that comes from commercial contracts. We work between the two companies, document every step, and aim for payment terms or a settlement both sides will sign.
Commercial accounts only. Every contact and agreement is recorded in writing.
Services
What we do on a business debt
One contract, one balance, two companies. We take on the conversation that usually stalls, and keep the file complete along the way.
Contract and balance review
We read the contract, the invoices and the payment history, and confirm what is owed, what is disputed and what the contract says about late payment.
Demand and follow-up
Clear written notices and direct calls to the right person at the other company, with dates and responses logged.
Payment plans and settlements
We propose and negotiate installment schedules or a reduced lump-sum payoff, and put the agreed terms in writing for both parties to sign.
Dispute mediation
When the other side disputes the work, the price or the delivery, we organize each side's position so the point in question can be settled and the rest paid.
Process
From first call to signed agreement
Each stage ends with something in writing, so you can see where your account stands at any time.
1. Intake and review
You send the contract and account records. We confirm the balance, the contract terms and any dispute, then agree with you on the goal: full payment, a payment plan, or a settlement floor.
2. Outreach
We contact the other company in writing and by phone, identify the person who can approve payment, and ask for a response by a set date.
3. Negotiation
We carry offers and counteroffers between the two sides. You approve any terms before we propose them.
4. Agreement and follow-up
Agreed terms go into a written agreement. We track each payment against the schedule and tell you right away if one is missed.
